There are many common reasons people end up with unopened, unused diabetic supplies: switching meter brands, changing insurance or doctor, testing less frequently, receiving free samples, a family member passing away, gestational diabetes resolving, pharmacy closeouts, or prescription changes. These supplies still have value and can help other people who need them.

It's simple: (1) Go to our Sell Your Supplies page and add your items. (2) Enter quantities and get your instant quote total. (3) Click "Submit Quote" and fill in your name, email, and shipping/payment preferences. (4) We'll email you a prepaid shipping label or shipping kit. (5) Ship it, we verify it, and you get paid within 24 hours.

Prices on our website reflect the best condition and optimal expiration date (8+ months out). Items closer to expiration may receive a lower price. We update our pricing regularly to ensure we're offering the most competitive rates in the industry. If you find a higher price elsewhere, contact us — we'll do our best to match or beat it.

There is no limit. Sell as many boxes as you have. We're always accepting — no overstock shutdowns. For large bulk orders (pharmacies, distributors, clinics), please contact us directly at buy@umsmedical.com for a custom bulk quote.

We can only purchase items listed in our catalog. If your item isn't listed, feel free to contact us — we're constantly expanding what we buy. Don't ship items that aren't on our catalog; they will not be purchased or returned.

We do — 100%. You never pay a cent to ship your supplies to us. Choose from: (1) Prepaid label emailed to you, (2) a full shipping kit mailed to you, or (3) ship yourself and we reimburse your postage (USPS Ground or Priority only).

Use a sturdy box with padding. Don't stack boxes in a way that could crush them. Seal everything securely. Items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging will not be purchased. When in doubt, request our shipping kit — it comes with everything you need.

We process payment within 24 hours of receiving and verifying your supplies. For ACH or check, allow 1–3 business days for funds to arrive. PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle are typically instant once we initiate the transfer.

We offer 5 payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, ACH direct deposit, and check by mail. You choose your preferred method when you submit your quote. We do not offer cash in person.

No. We require all products to have at least 8 months remaining before expiration. This ensures the supplies work accurately for the people who will use them. Items with less than 8 months will not be purchased.

We cannot accept: boxes with rips, tears, or cuts; stained packaging (including pen or marker ink); broken or opened seals; missing items from inside the box; lot numbers that don't match; or boxes with writing on them. When in doubt, do not ship the item.

No. We cannot purchase or return items not on our approved catalog. Please only send products that are listed on our Sell Your Supplies page and that match your submitted quote exactly.
